John Deere A, 60, 620, 630

$695.00

We are Tractor People, so here at HEI, coming up with solutions is what we do! That is how we developed our replacement starters for John Deere A, John Deere 60, John Deere 620 and John Deere 630.

Many of our customers are refurbishing old John Deere tractors. The first step in this process is getting the engine running and troubleshooting problems as they work. When they get to the starter, they find that because of the starters location under the tractor,  the dirt, chaff and moisture has completely destroyed the starter inside and out. Unfortunately, when it comes to locating, buying or rebuilding the starter, many projects come to a halt because It’s next to impossible to find parts, let alone an exact replacement. As a side note: We can also help you with any charging system issues, generators, regulators, etc.

Now available –  try our New Denso Gear Reduction John Deere Replacement Starter.  And the best part? It’s serviceable and rebuildable. Our customers who have installed our new replacement starter, have had nothing but great things to say about it. See It in action in them in action in the YouTube videos below…

Some models use a Foot Stomper switch. If your model needs a new switch,  you can follow this link if you need to install a new electrical momentary Push Button Starter Switch.
