IT IS FIXED! I have had a charge problem with my 03 f250 7.3 for soooo long. I kept trying to figure out the charge problems. This one wire alternator was the solution. The cursed exciter wire is shorted out somewhere other than the usual places. I was not looking forward to trying to chase that problem. Was considering selling my truck, or buying the whole wire harness, yikes! Then I found Your YouTube channel and ordered the alternator for my truck. Now, I have 14.4 volts at idle! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO! I'M KEEPING MY TRUCK!!

My alternator failed on my Ford Powerstroke and the team at HEI rushed a new and improved version of the 200A to me so I could get it installed. Great guys. Thank you for the hat , I proudly wear it.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service Luke provided. I was having issues with my 3rd gen Cummins alternator/voltage regulator so I purchased a one wire alternator from Hagemeister. I needed it immediately to head out on a hunting trip the next evening so I had it shipped UPS Next Day. UPS dropped the ball with shipping and Luke called me first thing in the morning to let me know that it looked like it wouldn't be delivered that day and that he had already filed a claim with UPS. I returned from my trip to find the alternator at my house. It was well packaged, fit perfectly and immediately cleared up my charging issues. Luke refunded the shipping charges for me since the alternator did not show up as scheduled. Thank you Luke and your team for the excellent customer service. You're on the short list of companies I'll recommend without hesitation!

I would not take my business anywhere else!!! Larry and Luke are very knowledgeable and understand the importance of detail and performance in their workmanship. They will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the final product. I'm in Portland and it is worth any minute of the drive to deal with this business. the picture attached were rebuilds for my 1970 Datsun Roadster using original equipment, looked and performed better than new.

Hi I bought this 12 v alternator for my Model A . Sounded that they charge at low RPMs the Model. A RPM is suppose to be 450 rpms ,much to low for an alternator ,Put head lights on your in the Negative . Kinda thought they made it magic my fault for not asking what is low RPMs. Runs well set up pulley with the new belt work well at 600 rpm

First off, I'm not a mechanic of any kind. After watching a YouTube video I was willing to attempt a starter replacement on my truck. Hagemeister was awesome. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, patient, and helpful. They did everything possible to get me the right part and answer my questions. Shipping was fast. I got it installed and the replacement part cranks my 7.3 Power Stroke Diesel better than the factory starter ever did.

I’ve been having some electrical problems with my Lincoln MKC that other local businesses were not helping me with. Hagemeisters listen to the issues I was experiencing and decided that a new battery was the easiest place to start. So far the electrical issues have been resolved with a new battery! I honestly have no idea that Hagemeisters even carried batteries in the shop! Highly recommend!

I purchased the one wire conversion alternator for my 1994 Dodge 3500 Cummins and so far it has been great to not have to worry about the factory chrysler computer regulator not failing going down the road.

Had many problems with buying voltage regulators for my 54 Chevy truck that work until I had Larry at Hagemeister make me a custom 6v regulator for the truck. Works perfect and very happy with this purchase. Great company and good prices.

This week the starter die in my older Yale forklift I checked a few auto part stores with no luck. Then at the recommendation of a friend I hauled the old starter to Hagemeister, as expected it was an odd ball starter that only fits a couple obscure forklifts. The guys searched a number of resources, and didn’t give up until they found a solution. I believe most shops would have said sorry can’t help you! They ever were able to get it overnight. Much appreciated and my trusty forklift lives to see another day!

Overall, so far, so good. Ran into a couple glitches along the way which might be good to add to your instructions. #1: Do not use a battery isolator or any other device that blocks the alternator from having battery voltage applied the alternator. #2: If you have an automatic, you will need to reposition the transmission coolant line slightly to clear the back of the alternator. The only other thing I can suggest is putting a ground stud on the alternator case. Dodges are notorious for bad grounds and having to use the brackets is problematic. 1992 Dodge W250.

We have a few vintage travel trailers, and as is true with many classics, their parts and systems wear out and can be hard to repair or replace. On several occasions, HEI has been more than helpful in keeping these beauties on the road. They recently located an uncommon 12 volt battery and later were able to modify an obsolete fuse that will now accept modern ordinary components. We highly recommend their service and expertise for new or timeless.

I had a problem with an alternator I purchased. After talking on the phone to do some long distance troubleshooting (which will be helpful) they’ve agreed to warranty the part if necessary. I appreciate that kind of customer service

Bought a gear reduction starter for my jd 630 fit great and never started better.

Very happy to find Hagemeister Enterprises. I was having I watched there video’s on YouTube. I bought a 200 amp one wire alternator for my 2002 7.3 Excursion. Installation was just like there video. My alternator charging issue are solved. Great folks and super helpful over the phone.

I called HEI looking for a starter spring for my 1942 IH TD-14 crawler. They didn't have one but Larry had one made for me. It is stiffer than the original spring and works fine.

Excellent customer service.

I have used HEI to check or rebuild all my generator's, alternator's and starters for 50 years! Trucks, cars, tractors, RV's or my snake river boat HEI checks them all! Until recently that was all I used them for. Then Larry introduced me to an oil product called IXL. I was a lube tech in industry with mechanical apprentice and have been to many continuation ed. classes on oil. I'm very aware of the so called "Miracle Products" available that fix everything. I remember thinking, "whatever" when Larry asked me to try the oil and give a review if I liked it. I have a Pacific Energy fireplace insert and the blower motor quit working. It "wouldn't turn" and of course when I tried to order a new electric motor I was told it was no longer available so I vacuumed all the lint and dust out of the windings. That's when I noticed oil ports to the bushings. I put a drop of IXL in each bushing port and slowly began by force turning the fan/motor housing for a few minutes then added another drop of oil. After 30 minutes of slow turning by hand it began to loosen and turn freely. I reinstalled the blower, started a fire and waited for the heat sensor to heat up and turn on the fan. It's been run for a week now and even running quieter. IXL is going in the next oil change on the 2003 Ford 7.3 diesel. The 7.3's have an injector issue called "Stickion". I like what IXL does for a frozen electric motor! Lets see what it will do for my ol ford! Honesty, Integrity, Sound Advice and Great Service is what you get everyday at Hagemeister's! Great locally owned small business really goes above and beyond for their customers. I've been using them since I could drive-in work on vehicles and they have done nothing but help me with bunch of different projects.

I know next to nothing about cars. I was recommended to HEI after getting a battery replaced and finding out the clamp on one of the battery terminals wouldn't tighten enough. HEI was able to look at my car same day, and even better were able to fix it same day at a very reasonable price. I was able to watch the repair and they explained exactly what they were doing as they did it. I highly recommend them.

Took my boat out on the lake and couldn't get it to start, pulled it out of the water and drove it to town and stopped by their shop. They didn't hesitate to stop what they had been doing to take my starter out (which was in a terrible location), test the starter and get a new one installed at a great price and even better customer service. We got back on the water that day. Top notch customer service and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
