Ran into a couple glitches along the way which might be good to add to your instructions. #1: Do not use a... read more battery isolator or any other device that blocks the alternator from having battery voltage applied the alternator. #2: If you have an automatic, you will need to reposition the transmission coolant line slightly to clear the back of the alternator. The only other thing I can suggest is putting a ground stud on the alternator case. Dodges are notorious for bad grounds and having to use the brackets is problematic. 1992 Dodge W250.
