I needed it immediately to head out on a hunting trip the next evening so I had it shipped UPS Next Day. UPS dropped the ball with shipping and Luke called me first thing in the morning to let me know that it looked like it wouldn't be delivered that day and that he had already filed a claim with UPS. I returned from my trip to find the alternator at my house. It was well packaged, fit perfectly and immediately cleared up my charging issues. Luke refunded the shipping charges for me since the alternator did not show up as scheduled. Thank you Luke and your team for the excellent customer service. You're on the short list of companies I'll recommend without hesitation!

Kinda thought they made it magic my fault for not asking what is low RPMs. Runs well set up pulley with the new belt work well at 600 rpm
