Ran into a couple glitches along the way which might be good to add to your instructions. #1: Do not use a... read more battery isolator or any other device that blocks the alternator from having battery voltage applied the alternator. #2: If you have an automatic, you will need to reposition the transmission coolant line slightly to clear the back of the alternator. The only other thing I can suggest is putting a ground stud on the alternator case. Dodges are notorious for bad grounds and having to use the brackets is problematic. 1992 Dodge W250.

They recently located an uncommon 12 volt battery and later were able to modify an obsolete fuse that will now accept modern ordinary components.
