RETURNS AND REFUNDS
No Returns After 30 Days – No Exceptions
Any Order Returned May Be Subject To a 15% Restocking Fee, PLEASE READ FOLLOWING POLICY CAREFULLY.
Once a unit has been received in our shop, the unit will be tested. If the unit is found to be defective, we will determine the amount to be refunded based on the condition of the unit.
Shipping Returns on unused, never installed or no longer needed items will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Also, Returns on unused, never installed, or no longer needed items: a restocking fee of 15% will apply and the refund will be 15% less than the original purchase price.
Also, Returns/Refunds for Items not received on time due to holiday dates / hours within the window ordered and need to be cancelled / returned / refunded, also receive a 15% restocking fee. Customers may return the item at their own expense to avoid this restocking fee.
For customers needing to return a defective unit, HEI will email a Return Label to be printed and securely taped to the properly packaged box containing the item to be returned. Once the unit has been received in our shop, it will be tested. If the unit is found to be truly defective, the refund will be for the full amount of that unit or a replacement will be shipped in its place. However, if the unit is found to be in perfect working order, a 15% restocking fee will apply and the refund will be 15% less than the purchase price.
For any claims on shortages, charges or pricing errors must be presented to Hagemeister Enterprises, Inc. (HEI) within 30 days of invoice date or will not be allowed.
SPECIAL OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS – ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
